The owner
The name Michelatsch is a name with certain importance in Austria, in Graz. How not to have it?
The builder Ing. Georg Michelatsch, already knew as a child, that the building would be his life. In fact, in more than 25 years, he has designed, built and sold more than 7,000 homes and apartments.
Lignano Sabbiadoro represents a dream that finally comes true. The golden beach impressed him by the first time, when he came here as a child with his parents. Since then, for 50 years, he has never betrayed it, indeed, now he is no longer a tourist but one of the most known builders in Lignano.
